Type 811 is a range of drives, including four sizes. The stem is characterized by a two-sided design, and both configurations for connection to the valve are the same, which simplifies switching from one direction to another. The control and measuring equipment can be installed in accordance with the requirements of NAMUR standards. It is possible to install a manual control unit in case of emergency situations.
Membrane multi-spring pneumatic actuators of type 812 are designed to provide ultra-precise regulation in technological systems in almost all areas of industry. At the same time, not only all directives related to occupational safety are fulfilled, ARCA pays great attention to environmental safety, reliability and the impact on human health.
The drives of the ARCATORQUE 840 type are not fully reversible. Four sizes are available, double-sided connecting flanges meet the requirements of DIN/ISO standards. The drives provide the necessary type of action – NO or NC. The control and measuring equipment can be installed additionally using the same connecting flanges that meet the requirements of DIN/ISO standards.
The range of drives of the MA type includes not only single-acting drives operating only for "opening" or "closing" when the pressure increases, but also double-acting drives when the membrane, which has a coating on both sides, is affected by operating pressure in both directions.
OPOS is an innovative, standard interface for reliable and efficient connection of an intelligent positioner and a pneumatic actuator.
The advantages provided by the interface are as follows: reduced installation costs, reduced stock of spare parts, increased reliability and stability, the possibility of safe replacement of the positioner during operation.
